Do you drive faster to get to the station or do you drive slower to save the gas you have?

If you drive 100 MPH, you’ll use more gas, otherwise it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter if you drive 35 MPH or 55 MPH. Of course somebody will come up with some calculation that driving 2 miles to a gas station at some specific speed will save you about half an ounce of gas…
I just dump that quart of gas line anti-freeze that I keep in the trunk into the gas tank and carry on to the nearest gas station at the posted speed limit. Haven’t blown anything up yet.
