while driving your car down hill,changing it from”D” to “N” is bad for the car ?Does it save fuel ?

yes it does
yes, it does but i wouldn’t recommend it… its not the safest way to drive.
if you are going downhill the best thing is to switch to low gear so that you don’t ride the breaks
