A large percentage of cars in Iowa burn “gasohol”… 10% alcohol content fuel
Most (if not all) Iowa State operated vehicles operate on bio-fuels. Soy-diesel. E-85 or straight methanol.

New York. They are the second greenest state in the USA. The first is California.
