Whats the name of that white space ship like gas saving car they had on this news show?

i dont remember what news show it was but they were talking about about this gas saving car i dont remember if it was electric or not but it was white and it kinda looked like a spaceship and it kiinda floated above the ground as it drove..whats the name of it? and give me a source!!
