What part is causing my fuel to leak?
I’m thinking it’s a broken hose? Hopefully not multiple parts. The car is an ’95 Isuzu Rodeo, it has 125k on it and I’m not looking to put alot of money into it, it is very much a beater that i’m probably going to run into the ground but it gets a whopping 14 miles per gallon as it is and i’d like to save as much fuel as I can in the meantime… If you could tell me how much it would cost at a mechanic and what part is wrong or if it can be fixed easily (duct tape?) by me (person with little mechanical knowledge) please let me know, thanks!

It could be a pipe leading to or from the fuel tank, Fuel pump or filter, I wouldn’t use duck tape as it will just come off after an hour or two. It could also be the injectors in the engine.
Hope this helps
looks like fuel sender leak around its seal.
should be easy enough to get a new seal and replace though make sure your tank level is very low.
also looks from picture that you have a brake line joint showing ‘wet’? if this isn’t fuel being transsferred from leaking tank it may be brake fluid and that needs to be sorted asap.
The fuel tank
the filter should be afar away form the tank on that one, in the engine bay really. it could be the filler neck or either the supply or return hose. its a bit hard to figure it out from the pictures. i think that i would drop the tank and replace them all to eliminate the issue and any further chances.
