What is the best solution when using alternative fuel to save gas?
I have recently been looking for ways to save money on gas. I know I can use alternative fuel to save on gas but what is the best method or system? Thanks.

It depends on your needs. If you’re traveling a short distance, you’re by yourself and you aren’t carrying anything, then riding a bicycle is the best solution. If that’s not the situation you find yourself in then I’d say a full electric car is best for now. I think in the end it’s going to be some sort of hybrid technology combining different solutions that will be best. Maybe combining solar and normal electric or combining water and wind power. I don’t think a single solution will be best by itself. I stumbled across something interesting called the kpv. It’s in my second source.
If you don’t want to spend any money then you could simply drive more slowly. It sounds stupid but it will really help if you drive fast. Try accelerating slowly, changing gear more quickly and try not to break as much anticipate a red light for example and take your foot off the accelerator (or ‘gas’) rather than breaking.
Hybrids aren’t a good solution because after about 7 years the battery is a bin job and they cost about the price of the car so your left with a normal car. I would wait for a decent electric car.
Have a gas engine along for the ride…when you have to stop your EV every 50-75 miles…
I drive 700 miles a week. Good mileage is important to me. I drive a Volkswagen Jetta TDI that gets 45+ miles per gallon, burning anywhere from 20-99 percent veggie diesel depending on the weather. I love knowing that my fuel is made right here in the states, at a plant a couple hours away from where I live. When I’m running on all veggie oil fuel, not a penny goes to the terrorists in the Middle East, and people in my state have jobs because of it.
If you’re looking for alternative fuel to help save you gas then I would actually recommend using water. There are plenty of devices out there that you can install in a matter of a few hours and claim to increase your mileage up to 50%. I just recently installed one on my Ford Escort and it jumped from 30 mpg to about 50 mpg. It’s by far the cheapest way that I can find to save gas using alternative fuel. They also work on any vehicle. Just be sure to follow a guide when installing if you don’t know basic mechanic skills, mine was easy to install. I’ll give a link to the guide that I used and had no problems. Soon I will have one of these gadgets things on all my vehicles.
