Thought it is very fuel saving with automatic. Is anyone could give me a inside scoop for this brand? Thanks.

Although most aren’t that fuel efficient, they’re neater than hell.

Automatics generally use more fuel than manual cars (not much in it, but manual is more economical in the long run). Buy any car nearly new (ie, still very new but 2nd hand), and save a massive chunk off of the new price.

I know from “Car Talk” radio that they have problems with the clutch and you have to take the engine out or something to replace the clutch.,so definetly get automatic. I rode to Florida in one and it wasnt bad, thought my back would hurt but it didnt. Mini Coopers are so cool,if you can afford it, go for it!

hello :o )
the mini cooper is a brilliant car! it is very economic with fuel and very cheap to run, it handles brilliantly and is very luxurious to drive! it is very small so i wouldn’t recommend it if you had a family.

It is also quite an expensive car, so depending on your income and how much you’re prepared to spend i would suggest looking at used cars first. You can usually find very new cars that have only done a few thousand kilometers and are still in great condition, but for at least $10,000 less than a brand new model. it’s worth shopping around. also, i suggest you go to a whole lot fo car yards and bargain for the best deal you can find, you can usually bargain and get them to chop a few thousand dollars off the final price, or get a few extras thrown in.

good luck!

they look good but new or used they are still expensive, soit doesn’t really matter
