What Do You Think About Hypermiling? What Do You Do To Save Fuel?
This is an opinion poll.
What are your favourite driving techniques to decrease fuel consumption and increase your mileage?
Do you use different tires (summer instead of all-season), selecting Neutral often, trailing larger cars, turning off air-con, etc… Any ideas, suggestions, experiences welcomed.

keep your car tuned up, that is the best way to save fuel
I used to use all of the hypermiling techniques and I will be honest, I did notice some savings, but nothing to get excited over really. I think the best tip is overinflating your tires as far as hypermiling goes.
On a side note I recently took a huge risk and ordered a guide online on how to convert your car to run on a mix of water and gas… and I decided to give it a shot on my older car… to my astonishment it actually worked, and I suck at working on cars lol.
Anyways, if you would like to know more I wrote a little blurb about it on my blog; http://reviewsoftheweb.com/2008/07/20/run-your-car-on-water/
