when you snapped at $3.00 per gallon gas, did you spit up some of your $4.50 mocha?

I’d stick wih the old veggie oil–I mean .. works? right ? so why not? it’s obviusly recylable, and that’s what were supposed to do right? recycle?
BTW–I mix mine with shreaded carrot tops, this way the carborator also gets some greens with it’s grease when I come to a full stop in any crowded intersection.

i buy a horse,or if it is close location i just walk to it,or i’ll have some other people that work with me and live close to me to share the ride.

Here in Alberta, Canada the price is $1.03/litre = $4.12 per gallon.
You don’t want to drive any more than you have to.

Currently, I drive a Honda Del Sol and I can average about 330 or so miles to a tank which is great but I am looking into getting the latest green car from Honda as soon as it comes out this fall. It is rated as one of the best.

I plan trips to make the most use of the places I go. Complete two or three errands in one day instead of one or two a day.
I drive 60 even in the 65 zone, (where most go 70-75) and see a healthy increase in gas mileage. If I lived closer to town I would ride a bicycle for small errands but I’m about 8miles from the nearest town.

P.S. If you have to pay an extra $3-5000 for the vehicle as compared to a standard made vehicle, how many years will it take you to recoup the extra price of the electric car?

You might save gas with the electric car, but the cost of replacement batteries will kill you. If you try to trade it in before the batteries die the dealer will rip you because he will fear HE has to replace the batteries under warranty to the next owner. So, he will most likely ship the car off to auction and either way, you will get a very low trade-in allowance.

I just read that info in an article from one of the biggy auto news magazines. I don’t read junk mags, don’t even let myself look at the headlines in the grocery check out lane…..
