I just got an 09, and I love it. I can get burst of 40mpg, and on average, I get about 33 around town. Try these things, they are not hard at all.

1.) Keep your tires inflated to the max pressure it says on the side of the tire.

2.) Do not speed away from lights, instead, slowly accelerate to your desired speed.

3.) Do not race to a stop light. Pay attention to what the traffic is doing, if you see an opportunity to coast the car, do it. I often put my car in neutral when I am approaching a light if it is red.

4.) Do not drive over 60 MPH.

5.) Do not accelerate up a hill, keep the gas pedal constant, you’ll make up the speed on the other side.

6.) Keep your air filter clean.

These are not “hypermileage” things which are very dangerous, they are simple things everybody can do to get better gas mileage no matter what they drive.

there no way to improve gas mileage. I have tested many forms of devices that claims to improve gas mileage but with no success

dont drive it that much and all honestly you can look online for hybrid driving.
