what are some good gas saving parts ??

If you want to save gas, why are you driving a Hemi? It is already as good as it’s going to get. A K&N air filter may help, but doubtful.
Keep your air filter clean, change your pcv valve at regular scheduled intervals and use a fuel injector cleaner every other full tank of gas.
I would go to your local oil change shop and they will have the preventive maintenance schedule in their computer. You don’t have to get it done there, but they can tell you when things are due to be changed.
mix 2 oz. of 100% acetone to every 10 gal. of gas if you want to increase your gas mileage by 5 or 6 MPG.
