Young people can 1) not rely on the outdated technology known as the automobile, by purchasing a scooter or motorcycle, 2) incorporate public transportation into their commutes and general travel & 3) buy a home within walking distance from work rather than in the suburbs, so as to not constantly use gas during the commute every day.

Dont make babies and abort them if you dont want them
If a young child lives near school, they could try walking to school to save gas.
Kids should remember to turn off all game consoles, tv’s, lights, etc. before leaving or going to bed.
