I want to save my money.

I already changed my these stuff
1.Spark Plug
2. Air Filter
3. Engine Oil 5W-30
4. Oil Filter
And I also cleaned the Fuel Injection.
But the MPG of My Car is 20. I know the average is 25.

Your on the right track so far just make sure the correct air pressure is in your tires it is in the drivers side door and take anything out of your trunk that you dont need the added weight in the trunk will make your mileage go down
I have a Jetta too, and everyone told me it would get great gas mileage before I bought it. And I end up getting about 21 MPG no matter how I drive. So whatever. The only advice I can give you is to stay away from VWs. They’re trouble.
Also, you can always accelerate slower or shift earlier if you have a manual. And don’t drive much faster than 65.
How about changing the fuel filter?
i have the 2.0, i get around 22mpg around town
and 25 highway
if yours 20mpg is local it sounds right, but if highway something’s wrong
maybe it’s the cat converter, my friend has the 1.8T his cat was fixed under warranty.
