Trying to save on Gas here, should I take the tollways or the backroads?
I have an ipass and if i take the tollways i can get there in 40 minutes, but obviously ive heard that when you drive over 55 mph, you burn more fuel, if i take the backroads it takes me an hour, however there are a lot of traffic lights along these roads but i will never go above 50 mph…..which is better for saving on fuel? thanks for any advice

tollways
stop and go will not save gas
try a electric car or see online how much gas is at the pump.
You can try other ways that may be shorter to get to the place you want to.
Good luck, you can’t really ignore paying for gas., just don’t go to a lot of places
Continuous driving get’s better gas mileage than stop and go driving.
