On a car? Not an airplane? Your turbo is not running at cruising speed. There is no boost pressure.
It is very unlikely that you can do anything to the car mechanically to improve your fuel economy. The automaker has HUGE financial incentive to tune that about as well as it possibly can be tuned.
You can, however, gain an ENORMOUS amount of fuel economy by driving differently. That is where you should focus your attention.
