I just heard a news story that Fedex has changed their truck routes to avoid left turns and they are saving tens of thousands of dollars in fuel costs. They don’t sit in a left turn lane idling their fuel away.
Something to think about.
Thanks canamryd… – The other recommended practice was to shut off your engine in drive-thru lines, and if the lines are long, park and get it as a take-out.

I haven’t drove my 1996 Chevrolet Camaro in a while, this morning i fired it up and i noticed it was on E so i decided to go to the gas station, just as i pulled from the drive way my car shut off i tried to turn it back on but it wouldn’t so i went and filled a 2gallon container with gas and put it in my car. Then i gave it another try but this time it wouldnt turn on at all! is it possible that my fuil filter got clogged from it being on E and if so, is my Fuel pump necessarily defective already or do i have a chance of saving it by changing the filter because when i turn the key i could hear the “zzzzz” sound of the pump.

my friend and i were talking about it and he says it only works with right turns, but if you were in England and you drove on the left side it would have to be the same amount of gas saved, wouldnt it?
