I have a 2000 Mercury Cougar and it’s kind of heavy on gas. Is there anything i should do or a certain way to drive to conserve gas on the car?

Over the past nine months the gasoline comsumption in the U.S. has been cut by BILLIONS of gallons, primarily because of the high costs. Now the cost of a gallon of gas is decreasing. Will that change what you did to conserve gas when the price was over $4.00 a gallon?
