I am looking for a motorcycle that will save me a lot of money, or the most amount of money as compared to driving a car… and i don’t want a moped.
I don’t want a scooter either. I need something that is highway worthy.

I’m trying to save some money and lower my monthly bills. What are some good tips to do so? I keep the air very low. I keep lights off if not needed. I take quick showers. I buy groceries at Aldi. I drive slow to conserve gas. What else can I do? I have a lot of student and credit card debt and want to work my way out…

I was changing the fuel pump on my voyager and the fuel pump lock ring is plastic and screws on instead of just popping out. It was stuck and I had to crack it because it wouldn’t come off. I was wondering if anyone can send me a link to a website (not junk yards if possible) that sell this part because I’ve looked on most websites and they only offer lock rings for voyagers to the year 95 but none higher. Yes, I can go to a dealer but I’m saving this option as a last resort.

I am interested in simulating a dynamical model of a car to study aspects of “hypermiling” (minimum-fuel optimal control). In order to do this, I would like to use the longitudinal equations of motion for a conventional fuel-injected car with an automatic transmission. If possible, the model should take accelerator deflection as a control input, and the forward vehicle speed as the output, while also modeling the fuel consumption. Hopefully, it would be based on some combination of empirical data and mathematical principles. Are there any conference/journal papers, automotive engineering books, or other sources that would have such a model (and is available to the public)?
Thanks for reading!

Ok, I know this might sound minute, but if everybody that was aware could conserve gas any more than they were, it would make a huge difference on how much oil and gas we all consume as there are millions of Americans.
I am probably not the first to discover the product, but at Walmart I came across this gas treatment you can put in your car, every time you fill up. It really, really improves your gas mileage. It comes in a small red bottle, about 88cents and if you put it in your tank every time, we could all conserve a TON of gas, thus maybe lowering the price of gas by 5 cents a gallon. lol
I don’t know about you, but I know there is no oil shortage and it is all a hoax to hold us hostage at the pump. If anybody else has other tips to save gas, please let me know! I already know about keeping tires aired up, driving slower, etc. I might get a really small car to try to get 40 mpg, but at any rate, I am just fed up with lining the oil companies’ pockets while mine get drained
