i need help and does putting my car from drive to neutural at like 80mph bad for the car? i have a habit of slowly picking up speed on this hill and coast all the way ooff to the off ramp and too the light thats always red.

In order to save gas after the vehicle starts rolling, can I install a switch to turn off 1 or 2 valves for fuel injection in V6 or V8 without affect the speed of the vehicle?

I’ve heard a rumor that there are certain cars that can go from 8 cyl to 4 cyl to save gas. Is this true? What is this feature called? And if so, which cars come with it?
