what should the target RPM be whats the best speed to shoot for, whats better run the a/c or leave the windows down or would that cause to much drag make the engine work harder and it would be better to run the a/c its a automatic 4speed v-6 if that relevent

I have a 99 fors 250 v10. I get on average 11 miles to the gallon. and that is killing my savings account. What can i put in it to save on gas. even just a little bit helps. i have a flowmaster 40 series on it already and i am thinking about getting a fuel chip.. any suggestions?

One mechanic told me that the 97+ Montana or Ventura is the best van for the money. Somone else said that the Astro or Safari is more rugged like a truck, but I dont know if it is as good on gas.
Is it better to buy from an individual in a private sale generally, or better to go to a used car/ van dealer ? Are used vehicles generally less expensive to purchase in Quebec than in Ontario ? How about the Maratimes ?
I’ve been driving my Dodge Mini-Caravan for 13 years, and put in a second transmission and second engine. I do store to store sales, and drive thousands of kms during 8 months of the year. I took the seats out and created a second level in the van so that I can sleep and avoid expensive motel costs, while keeping supplies under the plywood board suported by milk crates.A motor home would be most comfortable, but too expensive on gas. Im trying to save for a small home, so my van will be my home for the next few years. Ive liked the feel of the Caravan but dont know others
