my mustang dies right after a cold start. i can usually save it by revving it a little after starting. the fuel filter is new. any suggestions?

In order to save gas after the vehicle starts rolling, can I install a switch to turn off 1 or 2 valves for fuel injection in V6 or V8 without affect the speed of the vehicle?

my moms 1990 eagle vision gets 26-29 miles to the gallon. its a full size car with over 200,000 miles on it. why is it that new cars get the same if not worse gas millage. i would think after 20 years with all this NEW GAS SAVING TECHNILOGY we would be doing just that putting less in the tank but we arnt.

I have a Ford F-150, I was doing good on fuel milage. I decided to get in the tran and installed 20″ tires, looks good but bad millage. does any one know how to fix this problem without going back to the original size tires?
