I will be driving through Canada this summer with a truck and trailer, and to save on the high cost of diesel enroute, would like to bring along four 55-gallon drums of diesel (in approved diesel fuel containers). However, I can’t find much in the way of guidance on what regulations or limits exist in Canada regarding this. Any help/guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks.

In other words are you willing to pay 5000-10000 more for a hybrid car than a similar sized conventional car, simply to be “Green”? In the long run you might not be saving any money on the hybrid when you consider the car costs more.
It really depends on the miles you drive a year. If you drive less than 10,000 miles a year you probably will never make any savings in the long run on a hybrid. If you drive maybe 20,000 a year the extra cost of a hybrid might pay off in 2-3 years. I guess its all a matter of opinion and how you look at it though.

For example, a GMC truck or a Kia. Some people I’ve talked with say you get crappy cars (low fuel mileage) or warranties that can’t be transferred over to a 2nd owner – like from Kia. Is that pretty much it?

I’d like to get a new car with 0% financing or a 10 year warranty, but is this just a trap to lure in unsuspecting customers? Should I just save up 18k and buy a used 745i from a BMW dealer instead?

I have been using the Tri-Rail for almost two years. They just announced their “Go Green and Save” Campaign. I found it because it offers a giveaway if you register.. a free year transit pass. I heard Tri-Rail uses Biodiesel fuel (since 2008) and was wondering why that was a better solution? Any thoughts?

I am trying to save on gas and I have found some unique products. Are these legitimate? Do they tear up mechanical parts?

My dad knows someone who has an older F-150 like his and this guy says that his truck gets 30 mpg!

I have a 1996 Honda Civic.

Here is one website that I am looking into:

turn around and support the Dems RAISING taxes – its all money and if its not in your hands it will be in someones hands. I would rather have the choice to conserve gas then to have no choice in more taxes being taken out of my paycheck
