Since Unemployment Has Risen Rush Hour Has Decreased Is This Obama’s Way Of Saving Fuel?

Since unemployment is a Bush issue, as is the meltdown of the economy,why don’t you ask him?
What saved fuel was the speculators who drove fuel over the $5.00 a gallon limit and had nothing to do with supply or demand! That happened under Bush as well.
