Ozone Generator For Fuel Saving? Does It Works?

Does air ionizer or ozone generator that installed before inlet manifod can improve fuel efficiency? I have seen this device made and marketing in Thailand, and claim to save 10~15% fuel. See website www.saveplusoil.com.
