None of them works. Just keep your money.
The only thing that works is to improve your engines ability to breath better (like short air intake and headers). They actually improve MPG while improving the engine performance.
But here’s even better way to improve your MPG. Drive slow, accelerate slowly and drive on cruise control whenever it is safe to do so. This was on a Morning TV show (NBC) and they said it can easily improve your MPG up to 38%.
