Looking for some easy ways to save on gas ??? $3 a gallon gas prices?
Yikes im paying $3 a gallon for gas in florida and its killing my wallet .. i don’t have the credit to buy a better mpg car and im hurting for alternate ideas??

Seriously. There’s tens of thousands of websites that give basic pointers on how to increase your mpg.
How you were unable to find ANY of them, is simply beyond me.
Sorry but public transport might be the best bet

Below are some links with excellent info on getting every possible mile out of every gallon of petrol you pump into your car (truck?). It all boils down to 3 basic things: drive “mellow,” keep your car properly maintained, and, lastly, don’t bother with any gimmicks or gadgets.
Sell the car, buy a motorcycle. A small freeway capable motorcycle will get 60+ mpg.
Google “hypermiling”
Install a vacuum gauge. See video below.
Leave 10 to 15 minutes early.
Break out the bicycle. For trips 2 miles or less walk.
Consolidate your errands. Park away from a store entrance to shut down the car as soon as possible.
Don’t be in a hurry to race to a stop light.
Smooth on the gas pedal.
Being aware of your surroundings that can affect your use of the gas pedal.

well some people a lil too negative.. Try using a fuel treatment … You could save 20% on fuel , cut ur emissions by 33% .. im using this and bought some for friends and family for Christmas . Each one of my cars is saving $150 or more in gas a month. A friend of mine passed his California emissions inspection because of it. it cost a few dollars but the savings and performance is great… best of luck to you
