Let’s Conserve Gas Until We Find A Better Solution!!!?
Ok, I know this might sound minute, but if everybody that was aware could conserve gas any more than they were, it would make a huge difference on how much oil and gas we all consume as there are millions of Americans.
I am probably not the first to discover the product, but at Walmart I came across this gas treatment you can put in your car, every time you fill up. It really, really improves your gas mileage. It comes in a small red bottle, about 88cents and if you put it in your tank every time, we could all conserve a TON of gas, thus maybe lowering the price of gas by 5 cents a gallon. lol
I don’t know about you, but I know there is no oil shortage and it is all a hoax to hold us hostage at the pump. If anybody else has other tips to save gas, please let me know! I already know about keeping tires aired up, driving slower, etc. I might get a really small car to try to get 40 mpg, but at any rate, I am just fed up with lining the oil companies’ pockets while mine get drained

I think seem all those other type of source they testing or planning(hybird, soil, nature gas) all has high cost just like oil. if we stiwch to to those will be highly demand might cause shortage, perhaps the best way i think is internet a car that can run in water. Best of all is it, alfter all waster is make up earth most part?
I agree we need to do something.
Sounds like a plan.
Bush has tried to start oil drilling up here in Alaska, but congress won’t allow it, then he’s tried promoting the hydrogen cell congress still won’t act. He has promoted ethanol, but that fuel is horribly inefficient. Congress and the states need to cut the taxes on gas, but they won’t do it.
We need to start drilling off shore again but every time an oil company wants to environmentalists take them to court.
Then there’s the refineries that need to be built (none in many decades) and the fact China’s economy is booming. Oh dear! I, myself am finished buying any Exxon/Mobile gas or oil, if I can find where it’s not at.
I’ll go check that red bottle
I used to speed alot (till 7000 RPM), but now I don’t even want to pass 3500 RPM! But my car suxxx….. The best I can do with it is only 25 mileage/gallon…
sounds like a good plan.
I plan on buying a bike and riding it to work once a week until there is a bus route from my house to work. Once the bus route is there (May 25th!!!), I’ll take the bus as often as I can.
The hard part about conserving gas for me is that our vehicle is a p.o.s. and I would like to get a brand new compact car that got 35-40 mpg. The way things are going that will not happen becasue we can not afford it right now. The van we have now needs so much work and I know that is affecting the mpg, but it would be cheaper to go out and get a used geo metro. LOL! I had one of those when I was 16! Got great gas mileage, but not the most room for someone over 6 feet tall. Thank you for the walmart idea. I will look into the next time I really need to go to the store.
There is a new company that has just gone public that buy’s any type of waste and then converts it into plasma and then it is turned into hydrogen. The State of New Jeresy just bought two of these machines to reduce the size of the tire dumps in the state. I just bought the stock at 2.80 a share I would check it out…seems like the perfect resoultion to our problems.
