Is there anything you can do to a truck to make it more fuel efficient/save me money at the pump?
Love my truck but don’t want to get rid of it because of its gas problems
And try and be specific as possible I hardly know anything about cars but am trying to learn little by little

There are lots of things, but they tend to only save a little here and there. You should make sure that you only carry around that which you have to at a time. Extra weight will increase fuel consumption, as will increased drag. Fit a tarp to reduce drag. Make sure that your engine is kept properly tuned up and perform regular oil changes. Make sure your tires are properly inflated as under-inflated tires cost fuel. Keep your speed down to below 50mph. Try to keep acceleration to a minimum and don’t accelerate hard. Remove any extra aftermarket and unnecessary lights. If the truck is raised, remove the lift kit. Only drive trips you need to and whenever possible, run multiple errands together. Slow down well in advance of any sets of red traffic lights and try to time things to prevent yourself from having to stop. Accelerate a little before going up a hill and accept that the truck will slow down a bit. Don’t try to keep a completely constant speed.
There are lots and lots of things you can do and if you do them all, you should get better mileage, but don’t expect miracles.
