That’s 2 way to completely destroy the engine from the inside.
There is 2 way to get the car to knock
(1) increase compression
(2) run it lean
Hydrogen booster is another name for water injector. This device was invented back in the 60′s and 70′s because the cars were inefficient and ran rich.
Modern cars all have O2 sensor and engine knock sensors and already burn at perfect stoichiometry (perfect balance of fuel and air ration of 14.7 to 1).
So forget about it.
