I have a 2002 Ford Taures and one of the fuel injectors is leaking is that hard to replace all 6 of them.?
to replace all six is about 600.00 bucks.I hope its somthing i can do to save some money.

That can actually be quite a job to do that and if you don’t know what you are doing it could end up costing you alot more you should just take it in
I have done this job a few times and its actually not that bad if you take your time and if you have to, label your bolts. I know it sounds pre-school, but it helps. And, why are you replacing all of the injectors when you can purchase just the o-ring seals that seals the injector to the fuel rail and to the lower intake??? The seals are much cheaper, trust me. And make sure you use Vaseline on the o-rings to get them nice and slick to slide into the fuel rail and into the intake easily without cutting them and potentially ripping them. One more bit of advice, make sure you clean out the bores for the seals on BOTH sides…..use whatever means neccessary but just make sure the sealing surfaces are free of debris and dirt, anything that could compromise the sealing potential of the new o-ring.
You may just need an O-ring on the one that’s leaking. If the injector is good, don’t replace it. =^ )
Replacing the injectors isn’t very difficult. You could remove them yourself, but get a Haynes or Chilton’s manual first. I thought I had a bad injector, and was told that NAPA can test them individually.
