how do i remove the fuel filter on a 1987 ford bronco 2?

i went to speedy lube to get it changed and they said that they couldnt because it has two wires running into it and the fuel filter wasnt normal ( the two side are plastic and the core is meatal ) the one i got from auto zone is normal but idk how to ake it off so im asking you guys so i can save 40$ and alot of time waiting at a shop

Some esplainin is required.

Your Bronco has two fuel pumps, what the dummies at the lube shop found with wires is probably your high pressure fuel pump.

The filter requires a Ford fuel pump tool, about $8 any parts store.
You put it around the line, push and turn it to release the filter.
