How can i save fuel for my truck?

OK, so i have a diesel… good right? but its a dually extended cab. Any body mods i can do to save some fuel? I don’t care about looks, not going to do much hauling. (yes i know it is ironic.)
Ive thought about taking off the outer tires, but anything else? And i wondered if replacing the bed with something else….?

best off to leave it alone, might help to change the rear end gears, add a toneau cover etc but that’s about all you can do
