have you sold your SUV or changed your mind about buying one to save on gas prices?
Just wanted to know the effect of the gas prices on the long trend of owning an SUV. I’m wondering if this is one positive aspect of the gas prices since this will save energy and wasted gas irregardless of your love or hate for SUVs.

Comments on have you sold your SUV or changed your mind about buying one to save on gas prices?
yes i just bought a poster size instead
I’ve never been too big on SUVs so this hasn’t changed anything with me. I could still justify a Pontiac G8 GT(V8) so gas isn’t really scaring me.
Yes, I’m going to try to sell and downsize to a more fuel efficient car. I can’t believe people still continue to buy and drive these enormous things around. I understand some cases call for them, like large families and such, but I know people with one or two kids and think they need one just to keep up with the neighbors.
Some of the smaller new ones are pretty fuel efficient. If you can afford to go by an Escalade or a Navigator or a Hummer my guess is that your not worried about the price of gas. I feel bad for those that bought big trucks 5 or 6 years ago and have them paid off or close to paid off. There not going to get squat on a trade in and nobody is going to buy it out right unless it is real cheap. I still have my suv but it is a small v6. Not to bad on the petro.
