Fuel: Regular unleaded vs. premium……?
What happens if one puts regular unleaded in a car that “requires” premium?? (aside from saving a few bucks)

I would assume your engine would go dead sooner
Check your owners manual.
A lot of manufacturers state that they recommend using premium fuel but that you can use standard fuel. If that’s the case then you will loose some power and get slightly less mileage but it won’t hurt the engine. It will, however hurt the engine if you put regular fuel in an engine that is designed only for premium fuel. So, check your manual.
It might not run right,my car won’t run right on 87 or 89…
