it’s true, the more you can ease off the gas the better mpg you get…

Yes it is true but danderous. By driving behind the truck, you reduce the drag on the vehicle which improves the mileage.

yea unless for some reason your cars bigger than the mack truck
when you do ride behind a truck the trailer pulls the wind resistance over your car thus giving you less drag for your car

its a myth…the guys on “mythbusters” on discovery channel tested it….you’d have to drive no more than 3 ft. behind the truck at highway speeds and not flex the gas pedal, all in order to gain like 1/2% fuel efficiency
