Does full synthetic save more gas mileage?

I drive 4 cylinder Toyota 2007 Camry (16000). Does it reallly save more gas mileage if i use full synthetic motor OIL?

Yes it well ,because the less drag ,and less friction,well make an engine run coller and faster. its simple

It will help some not a significant change but will help your engine last long be sure to use the recommended grade of oil Ex)5w30. Plus the advantage of using full synthetic is less oil changes needed some full synthetic oils are suppose to last 12-20 thousand miles all you would need to do is replace the oil filter every 3-4 thousand miles.
