Not enough to make it worth it, but i suppose if you didnt care about your car enough and were enough of a cheap arse to try and save $5 a tank on putting it in neutral I suppose it would help, but if you have a automatic transmission dont even bother, its abusive, and same with a manual, its just extra wear and tear on a clutch and transmission to constantly be throwing it into N. I think if you just improve your driving in general and just do more coasting you will find the same resullts.

Yes, but it may not be noticeable. Any time the engine rpms are at idle, it uses less fuel than it would during normal driving.

yes it does the only down fall on that is your brakes you will be using them more to keep your speed down other than that its better for your car, rpm’s kill engines dropping you rpm’s will greatly reduce wear and tear and save you gas in the long run =)

ive saved fro mdoin that plus its not so hard on ur engine and transmission
