nope, keep everything clean and new and you’ll save as much gas as all these fads. Some say they’ll save 10%. Don’t believe them. One of the best products I’ve used it Marvel Mystery Oil. Its a great lubricant in the gas. Off the shelf product at wallmart.

i really don’t think cold air intake will save on gas i have heard that is more for performance than gas. but simple mods can help keeping air in tires, changeing oil

A CAI can save money in that the intake is less restrictive than a stock intake with a paper filter. However, don’t expect to notice any substantial savings.

If you want a cheap way to save gas, pump up your tire air pressures to 3-5 psi above Ford recommended pressures ( but stay below the max. pressure posted on the sidewall of the tire ). Higher tire pressures will decrease rolling resistance but at the cost of a harsher ride.

The best thing you can do to save gas though is to have a light right foot.

No. The whole point of cooling the air is so that it has more oxygen in it so that it’s capable of burning more fuel.

Tire pressure, and make sure that your air filter is clean and that the tune-up related parts are all good.

whats a 2 more a gallon thingy? its not really cost effective… really…trade your car for a high MPG model…or keep this one in good running shape…tires pumped up and foot off the gas…

no and you may also suffer with a wee bit of power loss

You will save some gas derived from the weight loss of your wallet.
