Do You Think All Government Vehicles Should Have A 55 Mph Govenor On Them To Conserve Gas, And Overall Costs?
@shell b: the interstate speed varies state to state for example in illinois the speed limit is 65 for normal vehicles 55 for trucks campers rv’s and commercial vehicles so i think thats what shes talking about is the commercial gov’t vehicles and at the asker of this question….yes i agree with you

My car gets the best gas mileage at 63 mpg, not 55. Serious. At 55 I get 26 mpg at 63 i am at 32mpg. i drive a Pontiac G-6 2008. I wouldn’t have believed it if i hadn’t seen it myself. Now I set the cruise on 63!
wouldn’t that be dangerous on the interstate where the speed limit is 70 mph? I guess I’m going to have to say no
