Here’s what I wrote to him.
I read extensively about it and the science is ALL WRONG. I studied chemistry in school so I know.
Even if you don’t understand the science behind it to know, ask yourself this one simple question: if these devices worked, why don’t the car companies install them at the factory and sell more cars?
Because they don’t work…

P.S. If you go to these HHO sites, they will tell you that the HHO become a catalyst for the reaction inside the engine. NONSENSE ! In chemistry Catalyst is does NOT react at all and just help other reaction. Hydrogen and Oxygen in piston would be immediately consumed (and so by definition cannot be a catalyst).
All of this run your car on water stuff smells fishy to me. I think it’s wise not to believe the hype. It you really want tips on how to save money on gas, this seems very sensible to me.

A small few are the real deal and work, unfortunately many aren’t and are a rip off of the guy who really did his research. So the good guy gets a bad rap. I was tipped off, believe it or not, by Republican Candidate Wayland Smalley from his web page “Energy Prices and Solutions” He recommends HHOwater4Gas.com – check it out. This guy Ozzie did a real good job on what works and what does not. I even went to see him in LA as I was determined, like you, to find real answers. He has them. He is a genuine helpful guy. Not everyone is out to rip people off.
