Do Fuel Saving Computer Chips Really Work Or Are They A Gimmick?

1

So if you’ve heard there are alot of people selling chips for fuel injected vehicles that supposedly increase gas mileage. For instance there is one I’m looking at on Ebay right now that says it can make my Tercel get 45 MPG.Well driving right on the highway I can do that without a chip.So does anyone know if these really help gas mileage or not.If so please direct me to one you know works.

You better make sure it will work with that computer if not..pooof you’ll need $1100.00 to replace it. My daughter just bought a ford focus 51mpg off the assenbly line no chips.
