Not the magnets, they are a scam

MythBusters did a whole lot of those different things and showed that none of them worked in any meaningful way.

The best you can do is make sure your oil is clean, your tires are properly inflated, and your car is properly tuned. After that it depends on your driving. Careful slower drivers will get better MPG than drivers who speed up and stop suddenly. You can also coast down hills with your car in neutral, time stop lights, and gently roll to stops using as little brakes as possible.

Coasting in neutral does not save fuel. When in neutral, petrol has to be burned to keep the engine ticking over. If you keep the car in gear but take your foot of the accelerator, the momentum of the wheels turning keeps the engine ticking over and no fuel is used (in modern cars).

none of the aftermarket MPG boosters work. if they did, cars would come standard with them.
