Coasting down hill to save gas?
Do you think it’s wise to shift your car or truck in neutral and/or turn off the engine when going down hill just to save some gas?

shifting into neutral, maybe, but shutting off the engine, unless the hill is like 2 miles long, isn’t going to save you any gas because it takes more gas to start the car than you would save. i wish they would just make gas prices a dollar again!
No it is very dangerous
This is not only illegal in all states but it is very dangerous as well.
