best gas saving car for a 16 year old?
used car. under $8,000. Dark Color Car (No Trucks,vans etc. JUST regular 4 door Cars)

Go for a non-foreign car
(Made in the United States) would be my best bet
I have a 2006, Black Pontiac G6 GT.. Not the best gas saving car, But the only car I like out of all the non-foreign cars.
But good luck finding a used car under $8,000
Go to http://www.internetautoguide.com if you want to find a car under or between $8000, That’s if your willing to travel a distance to getting the vehicle. Oh and make sure you see the Car-fax report before BUYING anything.
i would look at toyota, or honda, or something like that. you can go to http://www.autotrader.com and look there. just type your zip code in and click go, then go to the next page and you can select a vehical type, and how many doors, gasoline, diesel, engine size, etc. and you can type in $8,000 as a maximum price, hope this helps. and good luck.

For a 16 yr old girl, try a VW Beetle or Jetta…. a beetle convertible would be cool.
