Anyone know where the Air Intake Sensor or Intake Air Sensor is on a 2003 Suburban?

I am looking to add a fuel saving chip to my 2003 Suburban. It requires the 2 wire AIT or IAT sensor to be installed. I cannot locate it. I have only found the Mass Air Flow sensor (MAF).

I hope that is not one of those chips you can get on ebay, real they are a waste of money. there is not much you can do to improve fuel mileage.

the IAT sensor is part of the MAF sensor.
the IAT wires at that plug are the A black wire ( low reference )
B tan wire ( IAT sensor signal )

terminal C D & E are for the MASS.

It may be built into your mass airflow sensor (if its not in the air
intake tube.
